1. Provide a twisted pair transmitter that shall support the distribution of USB-C® video, data, embedded audio. and control over a shielded CAT 6A cable
   1. Rack-mountable transmitter for the extension of USB-C video, data, and control
   2. Video input requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) USB-C input
      2. Shall support USB-C sources with DisplayPort Alt Mode
      3. Shall support digital video resolutions up to 4K/60 @ 4:4:4 color sampling
      4. Shall provide one (1) HDMI buffered input loop-through for local monitor support or system expansion
   3. Audio input requirements
      1. Shall support embedded digital audio on USB-C input
      2. Shall support multiple embedded audio formats
      3. Shall support embedded HD lossless audio formats
   4. Video output requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) RJ-45 for connection to an Extron DTP3-enabled product
      2. Shall be configurable for sending digital video, audio, and bidirectional RS-232 signals to an HDBaseT™-enabled display
   5. USB data requirements
      1. USB host connection
         1. One (1) USB-C, shared with video input
         2. Shall support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps
      2. USB device connections
         1. Two (2) USB type A
         2. Shall support transfer rates up to 10 Gbps
      3. USB extension requirements
         1. Shall support access to USB devices attached to a remote receiver connected to the DTP3 output
         2. Shall support transfer rates up to 480 Mbps
   6. Transmission requirements
      1. Shall be compatible with CAT 6A shielded twisted pair cable, and Extron XTP DTP 22 shielded twisted pair cable
      2. Shall provide signal transmission distance capability of 330 feet (100 meters) for all supported video resolutions using a shielded CAT 6A cable
   7. EDID requirements
      1. Shall provide automatic EDID management between connected devices
         1. Provide a set of pre-stored EDID files
         2. Support capture of EDID from any connected display
         3. Support user uploading of custom-generated EDID files
         4. Support assignment of any pre-stored, captured, or custom uploaded EDID file to any input connection
   8. HDCP requirements
      1. Shall be HDCP 2.3 compliant with backward compatibility for earlier HDCP versions
   9. Control/Remote – RS-232 pass-through over shielded CAT 6A requirements
      1. Shall provide connection for AV device control
         1. One (1) 3-pole captive screw: RS-232 pass-through over DTP
   10. Power requirements
       1. Shall be equipped with an internal 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz universal power supply
       2. Shall support USB-C device charging up to 60 watts
       3. Shall provide DIP switch on front panel for selection to provide power to a connected DTP3 receiver
       4. Shall support USB-C device charging up to 100 watts when connected to Extron UPI 100 power injector
   11. General requirements
       1. Shall include a USB-C configuration port on the front panel for configuration access and firmware updates
       2. Enclosure shall be rack-mountable, half rack width, and 1RU in height
       3. Shall provide visual indication of RJ-45 signal and link status for DTP port
       4. Shall provide visual indication for signal presence, USB device, and USB-C power delivery status on front panel
       5. Shall provide Extron LockIt® Plus cable lacing brackets
       6. Shall meet regulatory compliances
          1. CE, c-UL, UL
          2. CE, C-tick, FCC Class A, ICES, VCCI
          3. Appropriate requirements of RoHS and WEEE
       7. Shall provide at least three (3) years parts and labor warranty
