1. Provide a digital to analog audio converter that shall support two digital audio input channels and two analog audio output channels.
   1. Two channel digital to analog audio converter with coaxial and TOSLINK S/PDIF digital audio inputs and balanced and unbalanced analog audio outputs
      1. Input Requirements
         1. Shall support two uncompressed PCM digital audio signals on coaxial and TOSLINK connectors
      2. Output Requirements
         1. Shall support two balanced or unbalanced signals on one 5-pole, 3.5 mm captive screw connector
      3. Control Requirements
         1. Shall support remote control of volume and muting on 3-pole, 3.5 mm captive screw connector using optional Extron analog volume and mute controllers
      4. Front Panel Requirements
         1. Shall provide a green LED for power indication
         2. Shall provide a TOSLINK connector for S/PDIF digital audio input
         3. Shall provide a green LED for TOSLINK signal present indication
         4. Shall provide a coaxial connector for S/PDIF digital audio input
         5. Shall provide a green LED for coaxial signal present indication
      5. Rear Panel Requirements
         1. Shall provide a female USB mini type B port for software control and power
         2. Shall provide two analog audio outputs on one 5-pole, 3.5 mm captive screw connector
         3. Shall provide remote volume and mute control port on one 3-pole, 3.5 mm captive screw connector
      6. General Requirements
         1. Shall support 5 VDC power on a USB mini type B port from an external power source
         2. Shall include an Extron ZipClip™ 25 mounting bracket
         3. Shall meet regulatory compliances
            1. CE, C-tick, FCC Class B, ICES, VCCI, RoHS, WEEE
         4. Shall provide a three year parts and labor warranty
   2. Approved device shall be the Extron DAC 102, part number 60-1811-01; no alternates or equals.
