1. Provide a decorator-style wallplate that includes remote volume and mute control of select power amplifiers or preamplifiers with a remote volume control port
   1. Single gang US button panel with an included mud ring that mounts in a standard single gang US electrical junction box for the purpose of remotely controlling volume and mute of connected audio amplifiers or preamplifiers.
      1. Button Panel Requirements
         1. Shall have one rotary encoder knob to control the audio level
         2. Shall have one dual color, illuminated pushbutton for muting
      2. System Requirements
         1. Shall provide a continuous gain control for fine adjustment of volume
            1. Shall support a reference voltage 10 VDC
            2. Shall support 0 VDC to 10 VDC variable voltage, positive logic
         2. Shall provide a mute control
   2. Shall include a momentary push switch with latching contact closure during mute
   3. Shall include an LED mute indication
      1. Shall allow powering via an external device being controlled
      2. Shall include power and signal connections via 3-pole captive screw
   4. Mounting Requirements
      1. Shall support mounting directly in a wall, lectern, or other flat surface
      2. Shall mount in a standard single gang US electrical junction box with with an included mud ring.
   5. General Requirements
      1. Shall include black and white wall frames and mounting brackets
      2. Shall meet regulatory compliance under CE, c-IL, UL, C-tick, FCC Class A, ICES, and VCCI
      3. Shall provide three years parts and labor warranty
