- Provide a 15.6" capacitive touchscreen interface for switching and controlling AV equipment
- Tabletop 15.6" touchscreen user interface for AV and control systems
- Provide a 15.6" LCD touchscreen that supports up to 16.7M colors and 1920x1080 resolution
- Device shall support Extron IP Link Pro xi control processors
- Device shall include dual built-in down firing speakers which can be configured to provide audio and button feedback
- Device shall have a female RJ-45 jack located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable door that supports 10/100/1000Base-T, half/full duplex with auto-detect for connection to a LAN or WAN and includes link and activity LED indicators located on the left and right of the jack for troubleshooting network issues as well as supports PoE+ (Power over Ethernet), 802.3at
- Device shall include a single high-speed USB 2.0 type C connection located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable cover plate
- Allows for remote power
- Provide a total of two integrated RGB LED status lightbars - one located on the front-bottom center of the enclosure and the second located on the back-top center of the enclosure, both of which can be configured or programmed
- Provide a built-in motion sensor located on the top bezel of the touch surface allowing the panel to be woken from a sleep state or set up via software to trigger any number of actions
- Provide a light sensor located on the right side of the bezel of the touch surface that automatically adjusts the LCD screen’s backlight based on available ambient light
- Device shall have a menu button located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable door for setup of items such as IP address and sound volume at minimum
- Device shall include a multi-function button located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable door that allows for the reset of the device or its communication properties at minimum
- Device shall support the following protocols: DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS (redirect), ICMP, IEEE 802.1X, IPv4, NTP, SFTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSL, TLS, TCP/IP, UDP/IP
- Device shall have the following memory available, at minimum:
- SDRAM
- 4 GB
- Flash
- 64 GB
- SDRAM
- Device shall have native support for H.264 streaming formats enabling the touchpanel to display live streaming video from an IP camera or a streaming encoder such as the Extron SMP or SME series of products
- Device shall have the ability to be controlled by an HTML5, and JavaScript enabled web browser, or an iOS or Android based device as a secondary point of control
- Device shall be black in color
- Mounting requirements
- Device shall have the ability to sit on a tabletop that can be secured using the threaded holes in the base of the touchpanel while using owner furnished screws
- Device shall support swivel capability via an optional Swivel Mount Adapter
- Device shall be weighted and have an optimized viewing angle of 65°
- Software requirements
- User interface shall be created using Extron’s GUI Designer software
- The device may only be configured or programmed using Extron’s Global Configurator Plus or Professional, or Extron’s ControlScript Deployment Utility respectively.
- Shall be configured or programmed by an Extron authorized user.
- The device’s configuration and settings shall be managed using Extron’s Toolbelt software
- Security requirements
- Device shall support SFTP and SSH for secure communication between the control processor and TouchLink Pro touchpanel
- Device shall support SFTP and SSH for secure communication between the control processor and the configuration or programming software
- Device shall provide the option to modify administrator and user credentials
- Device shall support security updates to maintain network health
- Device shall require that a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate is installed to maintain system confidentiality and data integrity
