DVI 104光ファイバーエクステンダーは、シングルリンクDVI-D信号の伝送距離を、標準的なDVIケーブルの長さ制限（5 m）を大幅に超えて延長するためのトランスミッター／レシーバーセットです。高い信頼性と高解像度画像の伝送性能を実現するためにゼロコンプレッションデジタルテクノロジーが採用されており、1080p/60Hzおよび2Kを含む最大1920×1200解像度のコンピュータービデオ画像をピクセル単位で圧縮せずに伝送します。DVI 104は、4本のマルチモード光ファイバーケーブルを使ってDVI-D信号を最長500 m伝送できます。
