HD CTL 100

1. Provide a workspace controller for automation of basic AV systems used in the modern workspace
   1. CEC enabled workspace controller
      1. Provide a 12-volt DC input on a captive screw connector located on the back of the controller allowing for power of the device
      2. Provide a female HDMI input located on the back of the controller that supports computer and video resolutions up to 4K/60 @ 4:4:4
      3. Provide a female HDMI output located on the back of the controller that supports computer and video resolutions up to 4K/60 @ 4:4:4 and features CEC control of the connected display if supported
      4. Provide four digital I/O’s on a captive screw connector located on the back of the controller and can be used to interface with devices such as sensors, switches, LEDs, and relays
      5. Provide a 24-volt DC output on a captive screw connector located on the back of the controller and can be used to power auxiliary devices such as a room occupancy sensor
      6. Provide one configurable IR/Serial port on a captive screw connector located on the back of the controller. This port shall allow the transmission of IR signals (using an IR emitter) or unidirectional RS-232 communications for control of AV system components
      7. Provide front panel LED activity indicators for device power status as well as HDMI signal presence
      8. Provide a multi-function button located on the front of the control processor that allows for resetting the device to its default configuration or to factory firmware defaults
      9. Provide a USB configuration port located on the front panel that supports product configuration, firmware updates and file transfers
      10. Device shall include an Extron Everlast external, universal AC power supply capable of supporting 100 – 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power
      11. Device shall include Extron LockIt® HDMI cable lacing brackets
   2. Mounting requirements
      1. Device shall be housed in a 1” tall, quarter rack width metal enclosure
      2. Device shall be rack mountable using an optional rack shelf
      3. Device shall be able to be installed under a table, desk, or other flat surface using an optional mounting kit
   3. Software requirements
      1. The device may only be configured using Extron’s HD CTL 100 configuration software
      2. Device drivers can be obtained through Extron support resources and database
   4. Shall meet regulatory compliances

      7. Device shall be UL listed for use in plenum air handling spaces: meets UL 2043 for heat and smoke release
   5. Product Warranty
      1. Shall provide at least 3 years parts and labor
      2. Power Supply shall have at least 7 years parts and labor
   6. Approved device shall be the Extron HD CTL 100, part number 60-1633-01; no alternates or equals
