1. Shall provide a fixed I/O matrix switcher that shall support up to four (4) inputs and two (2) outputs for distribution and routing of HDCP-compliant digital video and embedded digital audio signals
   1. Shall be a matrix switcher for HDMI video and embedded digital audio signals
      1. Shall support local direct device connection
      2. Shall provide a digital backplane with a data rate of 40.1 Gbps
      3. Shall support computer and video resolutions up to 7680x4320 at 30 Hz with 4:4:4 color sampling at 10 bits per color
      4. Shall support HDMI 2.1 specification features, including data rates up to 40.1 Gbps, VRR, HDR, Deep Color up to 12‑bit, 3D, and HD lossless audio formats
      5. Shall supports ultra-wide aspect ratios, including 21:9 and 5K
   2. Video input requirements
      1. Shall provide four (4) female HDMI Type A connectors for digital video signals with embedded audio
      2. Shall provide automatic input cable equalization for each input
   3. Video output requirements
      1. Shall provide two (2) female HDMI Type A connectors for digital video signals with or without embedded audio
      2. Shall provide automatic output reclocking
      3. Shall provide automatic reformatting of HDMI source signals when routed to a DVI display device
   4. Audio output requirements
      1. Shall provide two (2) female HDMI Type A connectors for embedded two-channel audio – shared with video signal
      2. Shall provide two (2) five-pole captive screw connectors for analog audio
      3. Shall support audio de-embedding from HDMI signal
      4. Shall provide independent routing of audio and video signals – break-away routing
         1. Audio assignment from any HDMI input source

   5. EDID requirements
      1. Shall include Extron EDID Minder® Plus technology for automatic management of EDID communication between connected devices
         1. Support additional memory blocks for displays that convey advanced features via both EDID and DisplayID

         3. Maintain continuous EDID communication with the connected sources
         4. User-selection of EDID from any connected display device, pre-stored data files, or EDID capture from any connected display device via configuration software

   6. HDCP requirements
