1. Provide a video converter that shall support one input and one output for converting RGBHV video sources to HDMI with analog stereo to HDMI embedded audio support.
   1. Rack-mountable video converter for RGBHV video and analog audio
      1. Video Input Requirements
         1. Provide video input connection
            1. One 15-pin HD for accepting RGBHV signals
         2. Accept RGBHV video from 640x480 up to 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz, including 1920x1200 @ 60 Hz with reduced blanking
      2. Video Output Requirements
         1. Provide video output connection
            1. One HDMI
         2. Provide output signal resolution, frame rate, and scan format identical to that of the input signal
      3. Audio Requirements
         1. Provide audio input connections
            1. One 3.5 mm mini audio jack for analog stereo audio
         2. Provide audio output connections
            1. One HDMI, embedded
         3. Support embedding of analog audio onto the HDMI output signal
      4. EDID Requirements
         1. Provide automatic EDID management between connected devices
            1. Provide a set of pre-stored EDID files
            2. Support capture of EDID from any connected display
            3. Support user uploading of custom-generated EDID files
            4. Support assignment of any pre-stored, captured, or custom uploaded EDID file to the VGA input connection
      5. Control Requirements
         1. Provide control connection
            1. Mini USB-B: USB 2.0
         2. Provide alternatives for configuration and operation
            1. Product configuration software connected via USB
            2. Serial commands sent over USB connection
      6. General Requirements
         1. Enclosure shall be rack-mountable, one-eighth rack width, and 1” (2.5cm) in height
         2. Shall receive 12 Volt DC, 1 A regulated power from an external power supply
         3. Shall meet regulatory compliances
            1. Shall meet safety compliances under CE, c-UL, and UL
            2. Shall meet EMI/EMC compliances under CE, C-tick, FCC Class A, ICES, and VCCI
            3. Shall comply with appropriate requirements of RoHS and WEEE
         4. Shall provide three year parts and labor warranty
